Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Top Cut Collectibles website and making purchases from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.

Product availability is subject to change. Items may sell out between the time you add them to your cart and complete checkout.

Orders & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App. All payments are processed securely through Square.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Preorders

Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase. Pricing is locked at the time of order regardless of subsequent market changes. We will never cancel a confirmed preorder. Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change.

Tournament & Event Participation

By registering for tournaments or events hosted by Top Cut Collectibles, you agree to abide by the rules of the respective game and any house rules established by the store. Top Cut Collectibles reserves the right to disqualify participants for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Event entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Top Cut Collectibles.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Top Cut Collectibles or its licensors. Trading card game names, logos, and images are trademarks of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Top Cut Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
