Return Policy

Sealed Products

All sales on sealed products (booster boxes, packs, bundles, pre-built decks, etc.) are final. Due to the nature of collectible products, we cannot accept returns on sealed items once purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once a shipping label has been created, the order can no longer be cancelled. A 10% restocking fee may apply to cancelled orders.

Preorders

Preorder purchases are non-refundable. We will never cancel a confirmed preorder. Pricing is locked at the time of purchase regardless of market fluctuations.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days with a receipt, provided they are in original, unopened condition. Opened sealed products cannot be returned.

Tournament & Event Entries

Tournament and event registration fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by Top Cut Collectibles, a full refund will be issued.
