Processing Time

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain threshold — check the cart at checkout for current promotions.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our Berwyn location. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
